I purchased this item in Oct. While putting it together, we discovered that one of the foot brackets was missing. I called customer service that same day, Oct 28,2011 and requested a part replacement. I was assured the part would be sent out to me. I have since called a total of 6 times and have not yet received one as of 1/26/2012. It is a vital component for proper operation and yet they claim that there are no parts in the warehouse and none expected. I will call one more time and if still unsuccessful, with institute a small claims lawsuit.
